ello, my name is Mike Ricketts, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am married with three children - all boys, ages 16 years, 10 years and 17 months.

     I enjoy life and the challenges it brings. I run a painting and decorating company which is very successful.

     I have many interests and hobbies: I love most sports, both watching and playing; I enjoy music and other forms of art and I take part in many artistic productions. I am a pianist, guitarist and also act!

     My parents are from Jamaica and although I was born in England and love living here I also have a very strong affinity for Jamaican music and culture. Yeh maan!

     Another field I take a strong interest in is anti-drug campaigns. I have seen what drugs can do to a person and work with a local anti-drugs group to ensure that the youngsters in the area know the truth about drugs - at which point they will normally not touch
